Taking the most riskiest gamble yet in Wheeler Dealers history, Mike goes in search of a BMW 2002tii. However, the high prices for even RUNNING models means Mike is forced to seek out a 2002 that hasn't run in 17 YEARS . With other buyers nipping at his heels, Mike pays more than he wanted, and must rely on the magic hands of Edd to bring the Bimmer back to life. But when the whole project hinges on a faulty fuel pump that requires specialist care, will Mike's gamble pay off....or cause him to bust?

Saw it yesterday, they've done a very nice work on this 2002. It was a serious gamble.
But after 17 years what about the rust in the exhaust line ? And the shock absorber are still working correctly ? Also, 7000$ for a paint seems very expensive.
Despite that, Edd is still magician.

Awesome, can't wait to see this one!

A faulty fuel-pump to just get it running should be no problem, an E30 325i pump will do just fine (as has mine). Getting a waterpump will prove to be way more difficult (still haven't resourced a new one)!

dangerous knowledge that any defunct vintage BMW on CL could just be a bad fuel pump. I want to apprentice at the kugelfisker place.

*A friend tried, he went at one for about 4 months before giving up and reselling it.

Did you notice the E30 wagon in the background right after Mike bought the bumpers at 20:45? Looks almost like the one Duurtlang and BobLoblaw imported.
